Whichever mandate applies to you, we've already mapped it.
From India's GST Invoice Registration Portal to the UAE's PINT AE and the EU's Peppol network — readiness assessment, ERP integration, and compliance monitoring for every e-invoicing mandate you're actually subject to.
Every mandate you may be subject to, side by side

India / UAE-led GCC / EU
Mandatory e-invoicing under the GST framework: Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) integration, IRN generation, QR code embedding, and e-way bill generation. Applicable above the GST turnover threshold, with rolling applicability.
UAE's standard is PINT AE — a UAE-specific implementation of Peppol International, using Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 as its base format. The rollout is under way: a pilot opened in July 2026, e-invoicing becomes mandatory for large businesses (AED 50M+ revenue) from 1 January 2027, for other VAT-registered businesses from 1 July 2027, and for in-scope government entities from 1 October 2027. Businesses appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP); invoices travel between providers and tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority.
The EU's backbone is the Peppol network using the EN 16931 semantic data standard — the format Peppol's BIS Billing 3.0 profile implements. A business connects once, through a certified Access Point, and can exchange structured invoices with any counterparty on the network. Individual member states layer their own domestic mandates on top of this same backbone at different paces.
From your ERP to the tax authority — and the buyer
The path an invoice takes differs by jurisdiction. Here is each one.
ERP raises the invoice
Invoice data prepared with GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes and required fields.
ASP or direct IRP API
Payload sent to the IRP through an ASP or a direct API integration.
IRP registers it
IRP validates, generates the IRN and returns a signed QR code.
Invoice finalised
ERP stores IRN + QR on the invoice; e-way bill generated where applicable.
ERP raises the invoice
Structured data mapped to PINT AE (UBL 2.1).
Seller’s ASP
Your Accredited Service Provider validates and sends over the Peppol network.
Buyer’s ASP
The buyer’s provider receives and delivers it to their ERP.
Tax data to FTA
Providers report tax data to the Federal Tax Authority — the fifth corner.
ERP raises the invoice
XML generated with cryptographic stamp and QR code.
Fatoora portal
B2B invoices are cleared before issue; B2C invoices are reported.
Clearance / reporting
ZATCA validates, applies its stamp and returns the cleared invoice.
Delivered to buyer
Cleared invoice shared with the buyer; archived for audit.
ERP raises the invoice
Data mapped to EN 16931 / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0.
Your Access Point
A certified Peppol Access Point validates and routes the invoice.
Peppol network
Delivered to the buyer’s Access Point — in-country or cross-border.
Buyer’s ERP
Structured invoice lands directly in the buyer’s system.
From readiness to go-live monitoring
Services apply to whichever mandate is relevant — India, UAE, Saudi Arabia or the EU.
Know your gap before the mandate date
The structured readiness assessment reviews invoice processes, ERP configuration and data quality against the applicable mandate, and ends in a gap report with prioritised actions and effort estimates — delivered in 5 working days.
Readiness Assessment
Structured review of invoice processes, ERP configuration and data quality against the applicable mandate. Output: a gap report with prioritised actions.
ERP Readiness
Assess the ERP’s native e-invoicing capability, required customisations, master-data gaps (GSTIN / TRN / VAT ID, HSN codes, counterparty data) and upgrade needs.
ASP / Access-Point Selection
Vendor-neutral advisory on India ASPs, UAE Accredited Service Providers or Peppol Access Points — throughput, SLA, pricing, connectors, support.
Integration Advisory
Direct API, ASP/AP middleware or native ERP connector — API documentation review, testing strategy and error-handling design.
Compliance Monitoring
IRN generation rates, rejection analysis, ZATCA clearance status, Peppol delivery confirmations and exception management — monthly reporting and regulatory alerts.
Training & Change Management
Finance, procurement and IT team training: invoice data requirements, exception handling, credit-note workflows and portal / access-point interaction.
