Sign anywhere. Prove it everywhere.
One signing platform for multiparty contracts, high-volume HSM signing, and browser-native document signing — built to hold up under India's IT Act, the UAE's electronic transactions law, and the EU's eIDAS Regulation.
Three distinct ways to sign
Differentiated by how signing volume enters the system — not interchangeable tiers of the same thing.
Enterprise, Automated & Bulk
An API/webhook embedded directly into your ERP, loan origination system, core banking platform, or claims system. Documents are signed automatically the moment they're generated — no one opens a separate signing app. Keys are held in an HSM to support high-volume, unattended throughput.
Automated & Bulk, No Integration Required
The same automated, high-volume signing outcome — documents are batch-uploaded and signed in bulk, HSM-backed — but delivered as a standalone drag-and-drop application rather than an API integration. No development project required to start.
Multiparty Workflow Signing
The only one of the three built around multiple signers on a single document: serial or parallel approval chains, browser-native (no Java applet, no ActiveX, nothing installed on the signer's device), with Aadhaar eSign available as a token-free signing option in India. Available two ways — as a hosted portal signers use directly, or as an API to embed the same multiparty workflow inside your own product.
KYC-based signing (within WebSigner)
Three region-specific, identity-linked signing rails, each letting a signer sign without holding a separate signing certificate:
- Aadhaar eSign (India) — OTP/biometric via UIDAI; we act as the ASP. Token-free, remote-capable.
- Emirates ID eSign / UAE Pass (UAE) — biometric/PIN via the UAE's national digital identity platform. Recognised by UAE courts.
- QTSP-verified QES (EU) — remote video identification under eIDAS Article 24(1)(d), same assurance as in-person verification.
| Integrated Signing | Non-Integrated Signing | WebSigner | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Signers per document | One (automated seal / corporate signer) | One (automated seal / corporate signer) | Multiple — serial or parallel chain |
| How documents arrive | API / webhook from your ERP, LOS, core banking or claims system | Batch upload to a standalone drag-and-drop app | Portal upload, or API call from your own product |
| Integration effort | Development project (sample code provided) | None | None (portal) · light (API) |
| Key custody | HSM · Corporate DSC / seal | HSM · Corporate DSC / seal | Signer-held DSC, or KYC-based rails (Aadhaar · Emirates ID/UAE Pass · QTSP QES) |
| Typical document | Invoices, payslips, POs, challans, LRs, statements | Certificates, bulk letters, periodic statements | Contracts, NDAs, agreements, onboarding packs |
| Throughput | Thousands per run, unattended | Hundreds to thousands per batch | Human-paced, with reminders and expiry tracking |
From upload to signed in minutes
No printing, no scanning, no courier — whether you are signing one contract or dispatching ten thousand enterprise documents from your ERP.
One document, signers from three jurisdictions
Each signer signs under the mechanism that is valid in their jurisdiction — an Indian signer with Aadhaar eSign, a UAE signer with Emirates ID / UAE Pass, an EU signer with a QTSP-verified qualified signature, a counterparty with a DSC token. The chain is sealed once, with one tamper-evident audit trail.
- Signers open a secure link by email, SMS or WhatsApp — no account creation
- Serial or parallel signing order, saved as reusable workflows
- Browser-native — nothing installed on the signer’s device
- Automated reminders and expiry/renewal alerts
Upload Document
Upload any document — invoice, contract, HR letter, lorry receipt, purchase order. Add e-stamping before dispatch where the jurisdiction requires it.
Define Workflow
Set signing order, add signatories, assign roles, and choose the signature type — electronic, KYC-based eSign, DSC or HSM. Save it for reuse.
Send Signing Request
Signers receive a secure link by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Open, review and sign — no account needed.
Sign Digitally
Authenticate via OTP, Aadhaar eSign, Emirates ID / UAE Pass, QTSP identity check, DSC token or HSM certificate — from any device.
Document Sealed
Once all parties sign, the document is cryptographically sealed with a tamper-proof audit trail and trusted timestamp.
Delivered & Stored
The signed document is emailed to every party and stored in your repository — independently verifiable years later.
Everything you need for paperless signing
One platform. Every signature type. Any document. Balanced between outbound enterprise automation and inbound multi-party contract workflows.
All Signature Types
Electronic signatures, KYC-based eSign (Aadhaar · Emirates ID / UAE Pass · QES), PKI / DSC token and HSM-stored signatures — for human-initiated and system-automated signing alike.

Multi-party contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and HR documents with sequential or parallel signing, reminders and audit trails.
Reusable Workflows
Create, save and reuse multi-signatory workflows with serial or parallel sequences for both inbound and outbound scenarios.
Multi-Channel Delivery
Send signing requests by email, SMS or WhatsApp nudge to lift completion rates.

India, UAE, and the EU — side by side
Each region kept at full, freestanding depth. Nothing here is a footnote to the others.
Signatures satisfy Section 3 of the IT Act, 2000 — the provision governing PKI-based digital signatures using an asymmetric key pair and hash function, the category a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) falls under. This is the certificate type used by Integrated and Non-Integrated Signing for org-level bulk signing.
WebSigner supports Aadhaar eSign as a token-free alternative, issued under our status as a UIDAI-empanelled ASP — this sits under the broader "electronic signature" category introduced by Section 3A in 2008. E-stamping is available alongside signing for documents that require it under state stamp duty rules.
Use it for: loan and lending documentation (Integrated), MCA/ROC filings (Integrated/Non-Integrated), HR contracts and vendor agreements requiring multiple approvers (WebSigner).
Our primary GCC market is the UAE. Electronic signatures are governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, giving them the same legal weight as handwritten signatures. Three tiers — standard Electronic Signature, Approved Electronic Signature, Qualified Electronic Signature — regulated by the TDRA. For individuals, Emirates ID eSign (UAE Pass) is the KYC-based signing option; for organisations, Integrated and Non-Integrated Signing cover bulk certificate-backed outbound signing.
Governed by Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS), which defines three tiers: a Simple Electronic Signature (SES), an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES — meeting four requirements under Article 26: uniquely linked to the signer, capable of identifying them, created under their sole control, tamper-evident), and a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) — an AES on a Qualified Signature Creation Device, backed by a certificate from an EU Trusted List provider. Only a QES is the direct legal equivalent of a handwritten signature across every member state. Output in PAdES, CAdES, and XAdES formats.
Use it for: multi-jurisdiction agreements, documents requiring long-term archival validity, any workflow where the counterparty specifically requires a QES.

Connect to your ERP, CRM or custom applications over REST API. Sample code is provided for every platform.
Integrated Signing uses this API/webhook path. Non-Integrated Signing needs none of it. WebSigner can be embedded the same way for multiparty flows.
// ERP raises a document → platform signs, seals, delivers POST /v1/sign/auto Authorization: Bearer <token> { "document_ref": "INV-2026-004417", "profile": "corporate-hsm", "deliver_to": ["accounts@customer.com"], "webhook": "https://erp.example.com/signed" } 200 OK → { "status": "sealed", "audit_ref": "AUD-…" }
